Hello!

This process not only covers registration with the SoccerFours website, but it also includes registration for playing in SoccerFours sessions out on the pitch.

As we're asking you to please read this information carefully, we'll try to keep the process short and to-the-point. Email addresses will NEVER be shared anyone outside SoccerFours. The SoccerFours Terms and Conditions including the Liability Waiver are linked below at the checkbox, but we're including the link here too to make sure the document is easy to get to.

* This Field is required This Field IS visible on profile Information for: Profile image : This picture will eventually be used for your SoccerFours player card.  Please use "headshot" photos where you're the only person in the picture.  Image size limit is 500kb.  Most photos will fall well below this size if you save them as a "jpeg" or "jpg" type of picture in a graphics program like MS Paint, Photoshop, GIMP, or something similar.

Your image will be resized if needed to a maximum dimension of 200 pixels width x 500 height automatically, but your image file should not exceed 500 KB.
